Bonny Maids Customer Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

By participating in the Bonny Maids Customer Referral Program ("the Program"), both the referrer ("Existing Customer") and the referred friend/family member ("New Customer") agree to these terms and conditions.

2. How the Program Works

• The Existing Customer tells their friend that they must mention specifically that they have been referred by the (name) of the existing customer.

• The New Customer must book and complete their first cleaning service with Bonny Maids and pay their first direct debit payment successfully.

• Once the New Customer's first payment is received and the first cleaning service has been completed, the voucher will be rewarded to the existing customer.

3. Referral Rewards

• For the first three (3) successful referrals, both the Existing Customer and the New Customer will receive a £15 gift card (Tesco or Amazon).

• For all referrals after the first three (3):

  • The Existing Customer will receive a £20 gift card.

• Rewards are issued only after the referred person’s first direct debit payment has been successfully processed and the first clean completed.

4. Abuse & Fair Use Policy

Bonny Maids reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards in cases of suspected abuse, including but not limited to:

• Self-referrals or referring the same household.

• Creating fake accounts or fraudulent bookings.

• Cancelling the service before the first direct debit payment is made.

• Exploiting loopholes or misrepresenting the offer.

5. Reward Distribution

• Gift cards will be issued via email within 14 days after the referred person’s first direct debit payment.

• Customers will have the option to choose between Tesco or Amazon gift cards.

6. General Terms

• The referral program is available to existing Bonny Maids customers only.

• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

• There is no cash alternative for the gift cards.

• Bonny Maids reserves the right to modify or terminate this Program at any time without prior notice.
