What Would You Like to Know?
Who provides the products and equipment?
We ask you to provide the cleaning products and equipment so that you can be sure we are only using the products that you want in your home and we are not cross-contaminating with other households.
What insurance do you have?
We provide insurance cover for accidental damage and key cover. Please read our terms & conditions HERE.
What do you clean?
You can liaise with the cleaner each week to discuss areas you want focused on or alternatively you can use our cleaning schedule tick sheet and use this to decide what you want completed and how often. You can amend this with your cleaner as often as you would like, it’s just meant as a general guide. You can download the cleaning schedule sheet HERE.
Will I have the same cleaner each week?
Yes. We will also have cover in case of any absences.
What if I'm not happy with my cleaner for any reason?
Simply let your account manager know and they will fix the situation. We have a large database of vetted and insured cleaners that we can use to replace your cleaner if necessary.
How do you vet cleaners?
We firstly conduct an interview to assess their suitability. We then conduct an electronic ID check through through a third party company called Veriff.com. We also obtain proof of address documents and references ensuring they have suitable experience.
How much do we donate to charity?
3% of our cleaning management service monthly cost will be donated to Cancer Research UK via Work for Good. Click the logo to view our charity profile on Work for Good.
Is there a minimum amount of hours?
We ask for a minimum of 2 hours each visit (weekly or fortnightly) to ensure you home is kept clean for you. Check out our guide to see how any hours we recommend based on your home. To see the guide, click HERE.
How do I pay?
We are an agency so we take an agency fee of £4.95 per hour which you can pay by direct debit. This covers our insurance costs and providing you with a cleaner that has been fully vetted. You pay the cleaner directly after the clean has been completed.
Is there a agreement I need to sign?
We will send you an agreement online to digitally sign. There is no minimum contract period. If you want to cancel our services, you cancel without notice whenever you want to.
How long does it take until I can have my first visit?
Once we have spoken to you, it usually takes around 3 – 7 days for us to find the perfect cleaner for you.
Can they clean my home when I’m out?
Yes. This is an arrangement you can make with your cleaner. We recommend that you use our KEY CONSENT form which you can download below. To download the form, click HERE.
Do you provide cover for sickness and holidays?
If your cleaner is sick or on holiday, just call us and we can provide another cleaner during this period or wait until they are back, whichever you prefer.
